Gourmet Living Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
My initial thought on the vinegar was that it would be very
acidic but didn’t think it would taste of alcohol as well. The acidic level is 6% and contains cooked
grapes.
The consistency is superb, thicker than most vinegar I know
or had. The color is dark like soy sauce. The taste is strong and very sour
with a after taste of alcohol.
I use the vinegar in my cooking such as;
Kimchi
Pork
Salad
Fish
