Midori Spring Ceremonial Emerald Grade Matcha
This is a
can of Emerald grade ceremonial matcha. I would consider it very decent for a
ceremonial grade because it smells fresh and the powder is bright green.
Although it’s not a deep vivid green color.
The powder
is fine and smooth. I did use a sifter to smooth out the clumps.
A quick hand
and a chasen! Whisk whisk whisk. Up and down and repeat
And Walah!
Very nice foam on the top and ready for drinking.
The taste is decent not strong but mild.
